Why do my addons reset wow

The ones I noticed that did save properly was dominos, move anything, SUF, bgtargets, and maybe a couple more. The ones that did NOT save are vuhdo, details, and gnosis at least those are the ones ive noticed. Is this a known bug? If so is there a fix? Or is there a way to kind of reset this characters UI to that of we get when we make a fresh character? Allowing me to import all my addon settings and having them stick?
